2Where the data is stored and who can see it

3Data stored only on your headset

The game also saves a small amount of data only on your headset so it works the way you left it: your settings (language, volume, turning style, comfort vignette, graphics), your progress (tutorial completed, unlocked levels, difficulty) and your personal Endless records. This data never leaves your device.

4How long the data is kept

5Requesting data deletion

All users, wherever they live, can request the deletion of their data at any time, free of charge and without having to give a reason. To delete the data associated with your account in Xombies:

  1. Send an email to creatumundo11@gmail.com with the subject "Xombies data deletion request".
  2. Include the Meta username you use in the game, so we can find your entries.
  3. Within 30 days we will delete your entries from the Xombies leaderboards, remove your Xombies achievement progress where Meta's developer tools allow it (otherwise we will tell you how to request it from Meta), and confirm by email.

To delete the data stored on your headset, clear the app's data or uninstall Xombies. You can also delete your whole Meta account and its data from your Meta account settings, as described in the Meta Privacy Policy.

6Children

The game is intended for players old enough to use Meta Quest under Meta's terms and is rated for mature audiences because of its violence. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the game, contact us and we will delete the related data as described in section 5.

7Changes to this policy

If the game changes in a way that affects the data it collects (for example, new online features), we will update this page and its effective date before that change is released.
